Empowering the Voluntary Sector (EVS) project

Compact Advocacy is a partner in Empowering the Voluntary sector, a project aimed at supporting voluntary and community organisations to challenge decisions made by public bodies that are not consistent with the Compact or do not meet public law principles. Partners in this are the Public Law Project and the Big Lottery Fund.

By doing this we hope to strengthen the relationship between the voluntary and community sector and public bodies, and as a result, improve outcomes for the communities that both sectors exist to serve.
