New research into how Compact is used to resolve disputes

Compact Voice have commissioned research into Compact Advocacy case studies to identify trends in the resolution of Compact cases.

The research was carried out by the Institute for Voluntary Action Research, and is released in a downloadable report, which emphasises the relative success of third party mediation in breaking the deadlock which sometimes can occur in negotiations between local partners.
